Healthy Smoothie for Weight Loss – Part 1

If you are in weight loss progress, then find a different way to weight loss by just simply drinking a smoothie, you can able to reduce your weight. Try this following two recipes of smoothie to weight loss

  1. Mango Smoothie  

ingredients:

  • Mango cubes – 1/4 cups
  • Mango juice – 1/2 cups
  • Mashed Ripe Avacado – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – one tablespoon
  • Fat-free vanilla yogurt – 1
  •  few drops of Lime juice
  • Ice cubes – 5 to 7

Method:

Take the Mixie now grind all the ingredients except lime juice, then add lime juice and mix it well. Garnish with some sliced mango and now it’s ready to drink.

2.  Blueberry Smoothie 

ingredients:

  •  Milk – 1 cup
  • Frozen unsweetened blueberries – 1 cup
  • Organic flaxseed oil – one tablespoon

Method:

Take the blender now pour the milk and add blueberries into it. Blend it for about two to three minutes. Then transfer it into a glass then add flaxseed oil and mix well. Now the Blueberry Smoothie is ready.
