For Weight loss try these two Smoothie recipes for better results.

  1. Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Milk Fat-free – 1/2 cup
  • Ripe Banana – 1/4 cup
  • Plain yogurt fat-free – 1/2 cup
  • Honey – One tablespoon
  • Creamy natural unsalted peanut butter – Two tablespoon
  • Ice cubes – 5 to 7

Method:

Take all the ingredients and blend it well until you get a smooth mixture. Garnish with some ripe banana. Drink it for daily for getting the best result.

2. Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber – 1/2 cup
  • Spinach – 2 cup
  • Mint – 1 bunch
  • Celery – 1/4 head
  • Parsley – 1/2 bunch
  • Pineapple, apple, lemon ripped – 2 cups

Method:

Take the blender add all the ingredients and blend it for few mins until you get a smooth mixture and mix well. Drink regularly for good results.
