Method : 

 

  • Mix one to two drops of lemon essential oil to 5 or 6 drops of coconut or olive oil and then massage the area of unwanted fat for about 30 minutes. Do this massage daily.
  • Use a cotton wick to soak up a one or two drops of the essential oil and then put it in a whiffing pendant. Smell the scent to the curb your cravings.
  • Add ten drops of lemon essential oil to your bath to feel the freshness and rejuvenated. The oil will pass through the skin pores and then relax your muscles, uplift your mood and it will keep you more active throughout the day.
